My Birthday Girl

My little girl is growing up. Who in the world told her she could turn three?? This child has a heart of gold. She's funny, sweet, and full of joy. She has an attitude, can be sassy, and gets embarrassed easily.

I couldn't love her any more.







One of the things I pride myself in is my ability to cook a delicious meal and bake an awesome dessert. For her birthday cake though, I let Funky Monkey Cakes take over. Am I glad I did. Not only was it a work of art, but it was delicious too.

Auntie Love

Like when Grandpa visited, we had an Auntie & Karsyn photo day as well. Yes, there were some cute shots...

But most of them looked more like this. You can't be a model everyday...

I love these guys!

This family might look familiar, since I've had the opportunity to shoot them on a couple different occasions.

When Dad saw the photos he said they weren't as good as last time because he's not in them (he's deployed) :)

I'm so happy to call these guys my friends!

My Little Model

I took my little sweetie out, so we could update the Grandma's purses with some new photos.

I think she enjoyed being a model for a day, what do you think? :)

Grandpa Love

Being a military family means that you don't get to choose where you make your home. This means long distance relationships with your closest family. For us, it meant lots of visitors this summer, which we have been loving. Our first visitor was my dad, and we took the opportunity to get some updated photos of him and our daughter. She loves her grandpa, especially teasing him by wiping off his kisses.

Sebastian's 1st Birthday Party

This little guy's first birthday was June 1st. Isn't he a doll?
It was so fun watching him go from being mad about the cake to really excited about it.
By the time he was done with it, he looked like he was in a sugar coma, which really should be what every 1st birthday is about.
